About this feature

Keona Health’s Notification Dashboard helps track notifications to clinicians and allows agents to resend messages as needed.


 Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Log in to Keona Health’s CareDesk under your admin role.


    Note: If the navigation pane is collapsed, click the black bars on the left-hand side of the page to expand the sections.


  2. Navigate to the "Notifications" and click to open the link.


  3. The landing page should look like this.


Features

Agents and nurses may use the Filter Rows tool to search for the relevant encounter.

Some of the fields may use drop-down filters while others will allow searchable terms.


The dashboard will also show if a message successfully sends or fails. In case of failure, agents may manually resend the message by clicking the "Resend" button as needed.



Sending a Message

Agents and nurses may send a message to a clinician via the Patient Encounters page.


  1. Scroll down to find the "Secured Messages" box.

  2. Click "Save to Chart."

  3. Enter the relevant message in the box and select the appropriate provider from the drop-down list. After you are done, click "Save to Chart" to send the message.
