Reviewing Appointments
1. If logged in with access to the dashboard, you should see the "Self Scheduling Dashboard" option in the top menu:
2. Clicking on that menu option will load the dashboard. You'll need to select the locations you'd like to view appointments for in order to see results:
3. Note that you can also filter to a specific provider in the dropdown to the right. Once you've selected your locations, you'll see a list of appointments that require review:

4. The status column indicates the state of the appointment.
- The "Unmatched" status indicates that the system was unable to find a perfect match for the patient's demographics. This can occur if the patient's name or dob did not perfectly match any records in your EHR or if multiple matches were found. The appointment is booked with the placeholder patient until these are reviewed and resolved.
- The "Interrupted" status indicates that something went wrong during the scheduling process and that the appointment needs to be reviewed in the EHR/PM and the patient may require a callback.
5. Click on each encounter, which will display the detail panel on the right side of the screen:
6. For unmatched appointments, you'll need to use the "Search EMR" option to search for and associate the appointment patient with the correct EMR record. Once selected, click on the "Confirm" option to have the system cancel the placeholder appointment and reschedule it with the selected patient.
7. For interrupted appointments, handling instructions are displayed in the right panel to help you troubleshoot:
8. You also have the option to cancel the placeholder appointment ore "delete" the encounter from the dashboard without confirming. You should only utilize the cancel option if you are sure that the patient does not need the appointment.
9. Interrupted appointments do not present the "Cancel Appointment" option as the system is unsure if the placeholder appointment exists and allowing cancellation could result in a different patient's appointment being cancelled.
