Getting Started

  1. Navigate to the appropriate URL.

Next Steps

  1. Enter the appropriate information on the form. 

    This can be anything you want as we are at the testing stage.
     
    Note: Be sure to conduct this test workflow multiple times with different demographic selections to get the most comprehensive outlook on PSS functions. 
    
    For example: for the next test, select Male for sex and Yes for the existing patient option.

  2. Click Continue when you are ready.


  3. The next page will ask for additional information from the patient.

    Continue to enter test patient information.
  4. Under the service type selection section, there are four different options that each have their own set of questions when selected.

     

    Note: Once again, be sure to conduct this test workflow multiple times with different selections to test for full functionality.


  5. Click Submit when you are ready to move on.

  6. The next screen after clicking Submit should look like this.


Validating the appointment request on PSS

  1. Navigate to the appropriate URL.
  2. Enter your credentials.

  3. Click “Login.”


  4. Click the Other Groups button on the upper right corner and then click Select all.

  5. The patient appointment requests should now show up on the left hand side under NEEDS FOLLOW-UP.


  6. Click on the appropriate test patient from the queue.


  7. The next page should look like this.


  8. When using the PSS for actual patients, you may use the Patient Verification tool to link current patients to the system or create a new patient based on the information they have entered.



  9. Click Add Protocol under the Protocols section on the right side.




  10. The next page should look like this. Verify the test patient information if needed.



  11. You may view the information the patient has submitted by hovering over the magnifying glass under the LATEST CAREDESK ENCOUNTERS section.





  12. Click Demo Scheduling under the Chief Complaint Section.




  13. Select the appropriate option under DEMO SCHEDULING and then click Schedule an Appointment to move on the scheduling page.




  14. Select the proper filters (if any) and then click Search.


  15. Click on the desired appointment slot.




  16. Add any additional notes if desired. Click Create Appointment(s) once you are ready.




  17. This next page allows you to make further notes in the patient's profile, submit the encounter, or you may save and close the encounter.
