Testing Save to Chart Function

Getting Started

1. Navigate to the appropriate URL.
   
   
2. Login with your credentials.
   
3. You may reopen a closed Encounter for testing.
   
   
4. Click on Encounter History on the top navigation bar.
   
   
5. Use the Submitted Between tool to find an Encounter.
   
   
6. Click Re-Open.
   
   
   
7. On the Encounters page, scroll down and click Save to Chart.
   
8. The Save to Chart box will pop up.
   
   
   
   
9. Select the appropriate options from the drop down menus.
   
   
10. Click Save to Chart when you are finished.
    
    
11. Check and see if the notifications are sent to the correct person and let us know.
