How to Setup Prescription Refill in PSS

1. Click the link to visit: https://content-pss.keonahealth.com/selfservicescheduling 
   
   

2. Fill out the Demographic Information.
    
   
   

3. Select “Prescription Refill.”
    
   
   

4. Click "Continue".
   
   

5. Fill out the Reason for Visit questions.
   
    
   
   
6. Click "Have a nurse call me".
   
   

   Note: You may customize the wording in the red box.

   
   
7. Click to visit the following link and log in as an Agent.
   • https://content.keonahealth.com/Login.aspx 
8. Click on the patient in the queue.
   
   
9. You can see in Red what the patient filled out.
