Forwarding Encounter to a Queue in New Encounter
- In Encounter Forwarding, click the name of the desired queue.
- Depending on your organization’s queues’ rules, you may need to fill in the fields in Follow Up. If not applicable, proceed to #3.
3. Click Send to Queue.
Forwarding Encounter to a Queue in Ticket Action Page
1. In Forwarding, click Forward.
2. In Select Group or Provider to Forward this Encounter to pop-up window, click Select for the desired queue.
3. Type in the ‘Forwarding Note’ text box as needed/required and click Continue.
