Forwarding Encounter to a Queue in New Encounter

 

  1. In Encounter Forwarding, click the name of the desired queue.

 

 

  1. Depending on your organization’s queues’ rules, you may need to fill in the fields in Follow Up.  If not applicable, proceed to #3.

 

 

3.    Click Send to Queue.

 

 

 

 

Forwarding Encounter to a Queue in Ticket Action Page

 

1.    In Forwarding, click Forward.



 

 

2.    In Select Group or Provider to Forward this Encounter to pop-up window, click Select for the desired queue.

 

 

3.    Type in the ‘Forwarding Note’ text box as needed/required and click Continue.
