Converting from Anonymous to Known

 

 

Preconditions: You have assigned to yourself and opened an anonymous encounter from the queue.  You have checked Yes to the Follow-Up Tracking question, ‘Did you reach the recipient?’

 

  1. Scroll down until you see Protocols on the right-hand panel.  Click Add Interaction.

 

 

 

  1. In Patient & Contact, uncheck the box before ‘Is Anonymous Patient?’.

 

 

  1. Fill in the necessary fields in Patient & Contact
