Use the following steps to reset your password:



Click "Provider Login" at the lower left-hand corner of your Keona home page (below)




Fill in your Keona username or email address and click on "Forgot your password?" (below)





Verify your username or email address (both are in the system and linked to your account) and click "Reset and Email me my Password".




Check the email account associated with your Health Desk account and follow the instructions to reset your password.
